Abstract

Problem setting. Ensuring human rights and civil rights is one of the most important areas of the state towards the
realization of the legal mechanism for securing social and economic values. The latter is the basis for developing a legal
social state in the implementation of the stated rules of national law and international standards of human rights and
freedoms to ensure a decent life and personal development.
Analysis of recent researches and publications. The study human rights was made by many scientists, including:
MG Alexandrov, NB Bolotin, VV Zhernakov, MI Inshyn, I. Kiselev, LV Kotov EV Krasnov, RZ Livshits, MV Lushnikova,
AM Lushnikov, KY Miller, PD Pylypenko OI Protsevskyy, GI Chanyshev, ON Yaroshenko and others.
Article’s main body. In the article examined the importance of labor rights in the system of fundamental rights of
man and citizen. Analyzed the positions of various scholars on the subject. The author provided the definition of labor
rights in a system of basic human and civil rights. Described in detail their essence.
Conclusions and prospects for the development. So labor rights express the interaction of the state and citizens by
guaranteeing appropriate, legally enforceable and regulatory-defined rules of conduct in society, the workplace and the
parties of labor relations. Modern market economy actualize increased state and local wage labor market regulation and
monitoring of the declared rights in employment.
