ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHER PROFESSIONAL AND CREATIVE POTENTIAL IN SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION IN UKRAINE
Abstract
In the article the author analyzes main Ukrainian normative legal acts which are to determine development of teacher professional and creative potential in postgraduate educational establishments. The lacunas on functioning of system of postgraduate education have been found in the Ukrainian legal system. Professional teacher development is viewed according to differentiation that conforms to main trends in postgraduate training in Europe.
