Abstract

. The article is devoted to the principles of administrative law as a building material of the industry; the article reveals the importance of the principles and features of the classification of the principles of law. Attention is drawn to the fact that the transformation of the subject of administrative law is a factor of updating the content and classification of the principles of administrative law.

The relevance of the presented topic is expressed in the need to revise the content and the existing classification of the principles of administrative law, in connection with the change in the understanding of the subject of administrative law as an independent branch of law, as well as the expansion of the powers of public administration.
