SOME PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION IN THE SPHERE OF PENSION INSURANCE IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article deals with some legal problems of realization of the rights of insured persons in the field of compulsory state pension insurance in Ukraine on the basis of analysis of legal acts, practice of their application, judicial practice and research in the field of pensions. Attention is focused on the lack of a mechanism for implementing the introduction and functioning of the accumulative level of the pension system. The world tendencies of functioning of accumulative pension schemes are analyzed.
