Abstract

Problem setting. Actuality of our study caused by the need for internal and external reformatting of law enforcement agencies, initiation of structural changes and legal regulation and management of the staff.

Article’s main body. In the article investigated the following areas of improving management and staff policing as an approximation to the administrative courts of person with optimizing their institutional building, ensuring their intercoordination, establishment a clear organizational structure of law enforcement, legal support for training public employees in line with European standards, introduction within regular policing European institution building instruments.
Conclusions and prospects for the development. Success of radical change and political reforms in Ukraine in law enforcement depends on the efficient operation of the executive and the judiciary at all levels. In improving the staffing
of public service management in area of law enforcement should be started with the formation of proper professionalism,
stability, political impartiality of law enforcement, access to positions of senior staff on winning experience, the regulation
of foreign and young professionals to improving public administration legal sphere of man and citizen.
