Abstract
Problem setting. Taken by Ukraine course of European integration leads the author to seek work study experience of legal regulation of relations with the organization and management of labor in foreign countries Analysis of resent researches and publications. At one time the problems of regulating relations in labor law in foreign countries were paid attention to such experts as M.V. Baglai, B. Blomayer well. Volkov, V. Zaitsev, V.I. Ants, A.A. Silin, A.V. Smirnov, A. Constables, H.A. Tolbuhyn, B.A. Tumanov, A.A. Khymenko, G.V. Shawnee and some others.
