HARMONISATION MECHANISM OF APPROXIMATION OF UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION IN THE SPHERE OF WORK OF CIVIL SERVANTS TO THE EUROPEAN UNION: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL FEATURES
Abstract
Problem setting. Ukraine has chosen the European vector of its political and economic development and on the level
of legislation declared its desire to become a full member of the European Community.
Therefore, the relevance of research topics due to the fact that Ukraine should develop a clear mechanism for
harmonization and convergence of labor administrative branches of law in Ukraine of civil servants to the European
Union, given the fact that the European Union has no acquis communautaire in the field of public administration and
public service.
Analysis of resent researches and publications. Harmonization mechanism approximation of the laws of Ukraine
in the field of civil servants to the European Union: theoretical and practical features in one way or another examined by

Article’s main body. The article is the study of the characteristics possessed by the French police, analyzed scientific
approaches of prominent French scientists concerning the legal status of law enforcement system of France, contains a list
of possible receptions functioning law enforcement agencies in France to Ukraine.
Conclusions and prospects for the development. The article analyzes the legislative approaches to ensure the
harmonization of national legislation in the field of civil servants to the European Union made a comparative analysis of
the reform of the national legislation of the CIS of civil servants, outlined a list of issues that must be resolved on the way
to the approximation of the laws of Ukraine in the field of civil employees to the European Union
