Special legal regime of innovation: problems of legal regulation

Abstract

The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of the mode of innovation activity implementation. Particular attention is paid to the problem of defining the concept of "special legal regime of innovation activity" and ways of its legislative fixing are proposed.
