Journal “Law and Innovations” is an open access journal. All articles published on the website of the journal are free to view, read, download and print. The policy of the journal “Law and Innovations” aims at removing all ethnic, racial, religious, political or other types of restrictions for the publication and access to articles. The journal’s content is licensed in a license agreement, according to which the readers of the journal “Law and Innovations” can spread, change, correct and use as a basis published articles, provided attribution and links to the source publications, with the exception of the use for commercial purposes.
In case of article’s acceptance for publication, the author agrees to delegate the following rights:
- the right to reproduce the work (publication, including electronic, disclosure, duplication, copying or other dissemination of the work) without the limitation of circulation. Each copy of the work should contain the name of the author;
- the right to distribute the work by any means and ways;
- to provide access to electronic copies of works in the Internet;
- right to include artworks formed (consolidated) digest;
- right of making available works to the public;
- the right to use works’ metadata (title, author name (copyright holder), annotation, bibliographical material, etc.) by distribution and making available to the public, processing and systematization as well as inclusion in various databases and information systems;;
- right to store and process personal data without any restrictions on the validity of the Law of Ukraine “On personal data protection” and of this agreement.
The author retained the following rights:
- to use the works’ content fully or in part for educational purposes;
- to use materials completely or partly for writing thesis, including research thesis;
- to use the material compositions for the preparation of theses, conference papers and oral presentations;
- to place electronic copies of the article (including final electronic version downloaded from the official web site of the journal):
- personal web-resources of all authors (web sites, web pages, blogs, etc.);
- web-resources of the institutions where the authors work (including electronic institutional repositories);
- a noncommercial web-resources of open access.
In all cases, the presence of bibliographical references to the published article or link to its electronic version on the official web-site of the journal is required.
The author guarantees that the material proposed for publication:
– сis created personally by the author;
– does not violate copyright of other persons or organizations;
– the text totally is original and was not previously published in other journals;
– is not under consideration for publication in other journals.
