TYPOLOGY OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY AND INNOVATIONS IN EDUCATION SECTOR

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of "innovative activity of the University". The latter is
aimed at updating educational products and services, forms and learning technologies at different
stages of the innovation process (from the appearance of an idea or a new technology to its
market sales) in education, research and postgraduate professional education that provides the
necessary economic and (or) social benefit.
The necessity to distinguish between "educational innovations" and "innovations in
